If you can’t make it into the gym and you are well, you don’t need to miss your sessions. You also don’t need a buttload of equipment! I can work with what you have to ensure a safe and challenging workout (:

Lots of laughs, a lot of nurturing, helpful information, some very good tunes (No Doof Doof!) help with your goals, a warm inviting and clean environment, form and technique and some really good fun. You’ll also experience a tailored program to your specific needs based on an initial consult that I carry out with all clients before they start with me. This is super important for me to be able to get to know you! And also, to get a good idea of where you’re at and what you’ll want. Not to mention what you enjoy! (also what your five favourite songs are!)
